Please refer to the "Online Scheduler" menu tab for class descriptions, schedules, and online registration. Be sure you choose the correct facility when signing up for a class.
Our Frontenac facility is 17,000 square feet offering outstanding group fitness classes, advanced personal trainers in an upscale facility with superior fitness equipment. Come in to get a massage, visit a registered dietitian or meet with your personal trainer. Members are able to take any class of the group fitness schedule as part of their membership. Other membership options are available based on your needs and goals.
